Abstract

Environmental and energy problems have become serious global problems year by year. In the forum Power, Energy, and Environmental issues will be discussed, e.g., CN technology, Renewable Energy (RE) control technology, Smart grid technology for mass introduction of RE and EV, etc. The forum consists of 6 oral presentations, followed by discussions with panelists. Researchers in Japanese academia and engineers from industrial companies involved in the development of electric power, energy, environment, and carbon neutral technologies will present their current activities and future technologies. Special guests in government side will be invited from UK as the presidency of COP26, and Global Warming Countermeasures Headquarters in Yokohama city, Japan, from the perspective of worldwide and Japanese local government environmental policy. The aim of the forum is discussion and sharing of future visions, latest technologies, future issues of policy and technologies with key persons from government, universities, and industrial companies. We also aim to gain a common understanding of what industry-government-academia collaboration should be. We would like to have a wide range of participants interested in Power, Energy, Environment and Carbon neutral issues.
