The venues for IFAC2023 are the "Conference Center" and "National Convention Hall" in PACIFICO Yokohama. (Please note that this is not the Exhibition Hall.) The nearest station to the Conference Center is Minatomirai Station on the Minatomirai Line, and you can also walk or take a bus from JR Sakuragicho Station.

From "Tokyo International Airport (Haneda Airport, HND)": it takes about 20 minutes by car, 40 minutes by bus, and about 30 minutes by train to get to "PACIFICO Yokohama."

It takes about 40 minutes by airport shuttle bus to "YCAT (Yokohama City Airport Terminal in Yokohama Station)" and a taxi or a train on the "Minatomirai Line" from "Yokohama Station." Direct airport shuttle bus to "PACIFICO Yokohama (InterContinental Yokohama Grand)" bounds for "Yamashita Park, Minato Mirai 21, Red Brick Warehouse" takes about 40 minutes.

By train

It takes about 35 minutes to get to "Minatomirai Station" by taking a train bound for "Zushi" on the "Keihin Kyuko (Keikyu) Line," changing at "Yokohama Station" to the "Minatomirai Line" and then getting off at "Minatomirai Station."

From "Narita International Airport (NRT)": it takes about 120 minutes by car/bus and 100 minutes by train.

To get to "Minatomirai Station", take the "JR Narita Express Line" to "Yokohama Station", transfer to the "Minatomirai Line," and get off at "Minatomirai Station". The total travel time is approximately 100 minutes.

By Airport shuttle bus services (Airport Limousine)
The Airport Limousine shuttle bus service takes approximately 100 minutes to travel by Airport Limousine to "YCAT (Yokohama City Air Terminal)" in "Yokohama Station" and then take a taxi or train to "Minatomirai Line" for "Minatomirai Station."

From Tokyo Station

To get to "Minatomirai Station," take a train on either the "JR Tokaido Line" or "Yokosuka Line" to "Yokohama Station," then transfer to the "Minatomirai Line" and get off at "Minatomirai Station." The total travel time is approximately 33 minutes.

From Shibuya Station

To get to "Minatomirai Station," take a limited express train on the "JR Tokyu Toyoko Line," which goes through to the "Minatomirai Line," and get off at "Minatomirai Station." The total travel time is approximately 35 minutes.

From Shinjuku Station

To get to "Minatomirai Station," take a train on the "JR Shonan-Shinjuku Line" to "Yokohama Station," then transfer to the "Minatomirai Line" and get off at "Minatomirai Station." The total travel time is approximately 38 minutes.

*When you take a train on the "JR Keihin Tohoku Line" or the "Yokohama Municipal Subway," get off at "Sakuragicho Station."

From "Shin-Yokohama Station," take a train on the "JR Yokohama Line" to "Kikuna Station". Transfer to an express train on the "Minatomirai Line" bound for "Motomachi-Chukagai (Chinatown)" and get off at "Minatomirai Station." The total travel time is approximately 20 minutes.

*You can also get to "Sakuragicho Station" by train on the "Yokohama Municipal Subway" or the "JR Yokohama Line."

If you try to book a hotel room early enough, you are likely to find low rates on hotel booking websites. Therefore, the IFAC2023 Organizing Committee does not make an arrangement with specific hotels. Some of the hotels close to the Conference Center in the "Minatomirai area" are listed below for your reference. In addition to these hotels, you may find many other hotels along the "Minatomirai Line."
